Include this so we can help fast

• Your phone model and whether you are on iPhone or Android
• The app version, from the settings screen
• A screenshot of the problem
• The restaurant or group name, if it is about one split

Billing and refunds

Splyt Plus is billed by Apple or Google, not by Splyt, so they handle refunds and cancellations.

• Request a refund from Apple
• On Android, open your Google Play order history and choose the purchase
• Manage your App Store subscription
• Manage your Google Play subscription

Delete your account

In the app, tap your photo or initials at the right of the bottom bar, then the gear icon, then Delete account at the bottom. No app? Email feedback@splytpay.com with the phone number on your account.
